The BEST Crispy Roast Potatoes
Whenever I make these potatoes, I am always asked how I make them so crispy and delicious. I’m going to reveal my secret to you, this is how you make the BEST crispy oven-roasted potatoes! This recipe was passed down to me by my mum, and I would never make them any other way. You would think they are deep fried - they’re that good! 😍

RECIPE: (serves 4)
6 medium sized potatoes specifically marked for roasting - my favourite is dutch creams (the creamiest potatoes around!) Any potato will also be fine if you can’t get these.
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of sweet paprika
1/2 tsp of rosemary
Method:
Boil your potatoes in salted water until they have cooked about 1/2 way through.
Drain into a strainer, and then give them a big shake! This is the secret to the CRISP and will make them FLUFFY. For even more crispiness, you can use a fork to make marks on the outer surface of each potato.
Add potatoes to a baking tray, drizzle with LOTS of olive oil and coat with the spice mix.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for around 40-45 min, or until golden brown and crispy.
