Easy Pea Soup in 5 minutes!
3 Ingredient PEA SOUP ๐ต๐
This soup is my all time favourite, and not just because itโs ready to eat in only 5 minutes! I love this pea soup recipe as it is so sweet, and delicious. A super healthy lunch recipe, packed full of protein and fibre. Serve as is, or mop up with some buttery, crunchy bread - yum!
Ingredients:
1kg of frozen baby peas (use baby peas for ultimate sweetness!)
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 litre of chicken stock
Oil for frying.
Method:
Simply fry up your chopped onion until translucent, add in your baby peas, cook for a minute before adding in your chicken stock. Bring to the boil, then turn off the heat, barmex or blend until desired creamy
consistency is reached, serve with a drizzle
of light cream or chives and enjoy!
It doesnโt get any easier than that :)
